Business Case Competition

Our main event, the Business Case Competition will be held on the 24th of January. In teams of 4, participants go through 2 preliminary rounds to participate in the final event. It’s a fantastic opportunity for students to improve presentation skills, work in a team and network with students and industry professionals. The evening starts with the competition and is followed by a networking reception and dinner.

Why take part?

The competition is a great opportunity for you to develop in multiple different areas; presentation skills, business knowledge and you will make new connections on the way.

Presentation skills

A key skill for the business case is the ability to communicate with an audience and present your strategy and objectives. Before the event, you will receive a valuable presentation skills workshop along with feedback.

Business principles

While working on the case, you will be able to research and learn about different business principles and expansion strategies. You will have to investigate the market, the present players in the market, as well as your audience.

Meet new people

Throughout the process, you will meet a lot of new people including like-minded individuals in your team or the ASES Board. At the event, you will also have the opportunity to network with industry professionals and university staff.
